Teeth are always shifting, and certain factors, such as not wearing a retainer, natural changes in your bite, physical trauma, or oral health issues, can all cause alignment problems to return even after successful treatment. While a second round of braces may sound discouraging, don\u2019t fret\u2014your orthodontist has your smile\u2019s best interests in mind. Here\u2019s what you need to know. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Might Braces Be Needed Again?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even after teeth are straightened, they can slowly move out of place over time\u2014much like how they moved out of place the first time!
